EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Thirty-Six years experience in the construction and development industries. Early career focused on large custom homes and progressed to commercial interior build-outs of tenant-leased space through turnkey design, development, construction, construction management and consulting of all phases of commercial real estate. Diverse experience includes residential, restaurants, medical and high-rise office buildings, airport and air cargo facilities, warehouse and manufacturing facilities, retail buildings and extensive background in hotel and restaurant expansion and renovation.

Owner and President of commercial construction and consulting firm as well as other diversified endeavors.  Generate local, national and international clients and negotiate all new contracts.  Make Final approval on all estimates and bids.   Hire and manage in-house staff as well as field personnel.  Arrange lines of credit and bonding insurance for construction projects.  Assist client developers in preparing proformas.  Maintain open communications with architects, engineers and developers to assure quality control, budget parameters, and completion schedules, financing commitments and permitting of projects.  Extensive experience in tenant layouts of interior build-outs to “ground-up” multi-million dollar buildings.

Recent consulting experience includes extensive travel to China, Asia, the South Pacific and the Caribbean for planning meetings with Governmental Officials and Heads of State.   Received executive appointment as Economic Envoy to Taipei, Taiwan for the government of Peleliu, Republic of Palau in conjunction with work undertaken for the development of a new International Airport including all ancillary support and various resort/tourism facilities.

Experienced in securing inducement resolutions and substantiating protocol in process of Industrial Revenue Bonding.  Additional areas of expertise include civil contracts, paving and site work for amusement facilities, storm and sewer systems and multilevel parking facilities.

Licensed qualifying party in New Mexico; completed projects in Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Colorado, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
